Source Hierarchy for Scientific Claims
We generally prioritize systematic reviews and high-quality human trials, then other human evidence, then mechanistic or preclinical evidence. Seller testimonials are not clinical evidence.
Claim Tags
- VERIFIED FACT — directly supported by a reliable source
- SELLER CLAIM — attributable to the seller
- INDEPENDENT EVIDENCE — external research
- LIMITATION — evidence gap or mismatch
- UNVERIFIED — insufficiently supported
Evidence Escalation Audit
Before publication we ask whether the article wording has become stronger than the source. “Reduced pain score” should not become “repairs damaged joints.”
