Complaint research can reveal recurring themes, but it is easy to overstate anecdotal reports or copy statistics from weak sources.

Our rule: the strength of a conclusion should not exceed the strength of the evidence supporting it.

What We Look For

  • Perceived lack of effect
  • Price/value concerns
  • Shipping or delivery issues
  • Refund/return friction
  • Skin or usability complaints
  • Confusion created by marketing claims

Why We Do Not Publish a Fake Complaint Percentage

We did not find a large, independently verified dataset that would justify saying a precise percentage of Balmorex buyers complain about a specific issue. Small review samples and affiliate pages are not a reliable denominator.

Negative Reviews Do Not Automatically Prove Fraud

A customer may dislike a product, experience no benefit or encounter a refund issue without that alone proving the product is fraudulent. “Legit sales operation” and “strong clinical evidence” are separate questions.

Refund Complaints Need the Actual Policy

The current seller advertises a 60-day guarantee and states in its FAQ that bottles must be shipped back for refund approval. The page uses slightly different timing language in different sections, so buyers should preserve current checkout and policy records.

Affiliate Review Ecosystem

Some pages that appear to be independent reviews can have a commercial incentive. That does not automatically invalidate every statement, but major factual and health claims should be traced to primary or independent evidence.

Our Verdict on Complaints

Complaints are useful for identifying questions to investigate, not for calculating clinical effectiveness or declaring a scam. We keep anecdotal evidence separate from scientific evidence.

Sources & References

We prioritize primary product information, regulatory sources, peer-reviewed research and recognized clinical guidance. Seller claims are not treated as independent clinical evidence.
